• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing structured interviews and psychological screening tools to accurately identify clients' needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, ensuring they align with best practice standards.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a virtual format, effectively managing technological platforms to ensure a positive therapeutic experience.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that focus on topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and mindfulness, fostering a supportive environment for clients to share experiences.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans, providing holistic support to clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services and mental health emergency support to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Document treatment progress and updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment plans and share insights for continuous improvement of client care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field through ongoing education and community resources, enhancing your ability to provide optimal care.

The client population served by OEM Mental Healthcare encompasses individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse problems. Our practice is dedicated to making mental health care inclusive and accessible, ensuring that all clients receive the support they need.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT to practice in Illinois.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to a diverse set of clients, showcasing adaptability to varying patient needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and other relevant technology to enhance patient care and recordkeeping.

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly those offering telehealth services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and group facilitation.
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling high-stress situations effectively.
