Compensation: Starting at $300,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST (40 hours per week) Fully Remote - CST (U.S. Only)

Are you a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality care? At Iris Telehealth, we're on a mission to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care and we'd love for you to be part of it.
We're looking for a Psychiatrist licensed in Illinois or holding an active IMLC license to join one of our behavioral healthcare partners in an outpatient setting, treating patients ages 18+. This role offers the flexibility to work 40 hours per week and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care.
You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care.
About the Role:
  • Setting: 100% Remote Outpatient Clinic based in Illinois
    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/wk in CST Clinic Hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
    Patient Population: Ages 18+
    Diagnoses: Depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, and other general mental health conditions
    Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 20 minutes for follow-up appointments
    Administrative Time: 60 minutes per day
    EMR: Epic
    Remote & Supported: Fully remote opportunity with comprehensive administrative, operational, and telehealth support
    Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a dedicated care team to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare
    No On-Call Duties
    No NP Supervision Required

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
  • Active Illinois medical license or active IMLC license required
  • Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours
  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
  • Experience treating adults ages 18+
  • Telehealth experience preferred (experience using Epic is a plus)
  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
