What are remote psychological operations?

Remote psychological operations (PSYOP) are strategic efforts conducted from a distance, often utilizing digital platforms, to influence the emotions, motives, reasoning, or behavior of targeted individuals or groups. These operations leverage media such as social networks, websites, and other online communication tools to disseminate information, misinformation, or persuasive messages. The goal is to shape perceptions or actions in support of specific objectives, often in military, governmental, or organizational contexts. Remote PSYOPs are increasingly important in modern information warfare, requiring expertise in psychology, communication, and digital technology.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote psychological operations specialist?

  • Ensure all care delivery operations meet applicable regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives informed by data, client feedback, and team input
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with operations and sales to ensure operational capacity aligns with growth
All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience providing related direct care services
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology or similar field
  • Maintains License and certifications, field specific, such as PsyD or LCSW
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling service delivery operations in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the mental health and behavioral health landscape
  • Experience managing remote, nationally distributed teams with excellence
  • Strong operational instincts; you build systems, solve problems, and drive accountability without losing the human element
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism; you understand the stakes of serving high-profile, high-net-worth clients and their trusted advisors
  • A collaborative leadership style that earns trust across service, operational, and business development functions
  • Experience working with or within concierge, high-touch, or premium service environments is a strong plus
  • An understanding of social responsibility and how to contribute positively to the well-being of others.
What we'll bring:
  • A leadership role at a differentiated, high-growth company serving one of the most underserved intersections of wealth and wellness
  • Direct impact on the quality of care delivered to high-net-worth families and the advisors and employers who serve them
  • A nationally distributed team culture built on trust, excellence, and mission
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is redefining what concierge mental health looks like at scale
  • Flexible work environment.
