Principal Provider Recruiter/Manager – Remote

• Salary $110k to $120k per year (based on location and experience)
As a Principal Recruiter and Leader, you will be responsible for:
• Providing leadership and the management of two recruiters
• Identifying and qualifying Psychiatrist and mental health Nurse Practitioner candidates (primary locations California, Austin/Houston, TX)
• Leading the end-to-end candidate attraction, engagement and close process lifecycle
• Managing the recruitment process, including conducting interviews, candidate presentations, negotiating offers, and overseeing contract execution.
• Generating and managing a pipeline of potential candidates by consistently sourcing and screening physicians/Nurse Practitioners for current and future job opportunities.
• Deploying proactive recruitment techniques to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates
• Leveraging online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks to build and maintain a robust candidate pool. This includes sourcing candidates from industry-specific platforms while actively engaging with both active and passive candidates.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with physicians and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a high level of trust throughout the recruitment process. Act as a strategic partner to both parties, understanding their needs and expectations to facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights and advice to internal candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies by tracking key performance metrics such as candidate pipeline size, close ratios, and time-to-fill to optimize the recruiting process and meet hiring targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and the successful onboarding of candidates, contributing to the overall success and growth of the division.
• Occasional travel to conferences or company clinics may be required from time to time
Qualifications
• 3+years of full-cycle Clinician recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
• 1+ years’ experience building and leading highly effective teams
• A passion for delivering “wow” candidate and stakeholder experiences
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
• Proven track record of attracting and converting Talented candidates
• Data driven mindset that result in organizational outcomes
• Successful experience achieving in remote environments
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively
