• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to gather comprehensive information regarding their mental, emotional, and behavioral health.
• Develop tailored, actionable treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups that align with best practices in psychotherapy.
• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client’s progress and treatment journey within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention strategies that support client recovery.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Conduct follow-up communications with referring physicians and case managers to align on treatment goals and client care strategies.
• Empower family members and caregivers by providing psychoeducation and coping strategies to manage challenges related to the client's mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population encompassing a range of mental health challenges, which may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• Completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) with passing scores.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for facilitating therapy and documenting care effectively.
• A strong understanding of mental health best practices and the ability to integrate evidence-based techniques into client treatment.

• Demonstrated experience working within a telehealth environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with addiction disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary health care team.
• Knowledge of American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices and guidelines.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
