• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy for various mental health topics, and family counseling sessions, using established evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to create and adjust comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide critical crisis intervention services, including assessing the risk of harm and ensuring timely referrals for additional services when necessary, ensuring clients receive the support they need during sensitive times.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to compliance standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and improve the standard of care we provide.

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or social adjustment issues.
