This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while reaching clients in need of support. • Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional and psychological challenges associated with the rehabilitation process.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their personal recovery goals.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources, support systems, and social services to facilitate their recovery.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients' emotional stability and safety during vulnerable moments.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies and self-care techniques tailored to their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at building partnerships and expanding referral sources to enhance our service offerings.

The clients you will serve range from individuals recovering from substance use disorders to those coping with traumatic experiences. Many of our clients face significant emotional and psychological obstacles in their recovery, making your role as a counselor pivotal in promoting their mental health and resilience. As a dedicated LPC, you will assist these individuals in navigating their struggles, helping them build a foundation for a healthier and more fulfilling life.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado or the state where you will be practicing.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while being an active contributor to a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings is highly preferred, particularly with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and best practices will enhance your candidacy.
• Experience with developing treatment plans and conducting assessments based on evidence-based practices.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to:
