• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personalized inquiry.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address each client's unique psychological needs, setting actionable goals for improvement.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic practices, including individual therapy, family therapy sessions, and group interventions, while adapting methodologies based on client responses.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, empathizing with clients and offering support during challenging moments.

As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, customizing therapeutic approaches to meet their cultural and personal needs. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
