Health Carousel Diagnostic and Psychological Center is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) for a dynamic and fulfilling full-time remote position. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, employing techniques of Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans after evaluating clients’ unique needs, challenges, and personal goals.
• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, adapting your approach to address a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.
• Regularly review treatment objectives and progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure continued alignment with clients' evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams and professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Proactively support your clients’ right to make informed decisions regarding their treatment, while also directing them toward additional resources as necessary.

As an LMFT with Health Carousel, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele that includes teenagers, adults, and couples navigating various relationship dynamics and mental health issues. Your role will empower clients not only to confront personal challenges but also to develop healthier coping strategies and improved relational skills.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active LMFT licensure through the State Board is a prerequisite for this role.
• Proven experience in individual and/or couples therapy is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to complete client assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation in a timely manner.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this position.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems will be beneficial.

• Experience working with both children and adult populations is preferred.
• A background in crisis intervention and handling acute mental health situations will be advantageous.
• Previous remote therapy experience is a plus, contributing to familiarity with virtual session dynamics.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
