• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, guiding clients toward recovery and sustained mental wellness.
• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health therapists, to create integrated care strategies that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through regular attendance in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in contemporary therapeutic practices.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and local support services to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in the mental health sector, ensuring that you provide the most effective and up-to-date therapeutic care.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and we are dedicated to providing culturally competent care that meets their individual needs. Your role as a therapist is fundamental to helping them navigate their obstacles and achieve a sense of balance and health.

• Must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use solution-focused therapeutic techniques to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities essential for navigating complex client scenarios.
• A collaborative spirit with a readiness to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with diverse populations experiencing a range of psychological issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology.
• Previous involvement in case management or treatment planning within a collaborative treatment framework is a plus.
