As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Safe Space Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients' unique needs and preferences.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning and case management with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Regularly participating in case consultations and peer review sessions to foster professional development and improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources.
• Staying updated on current research and therapeutic techniques to continually enhance the quality of care you provide.

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and personality disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
