• Client Engagement: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, providing assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing support tailored to individual needs.
• Flexible Scheduling: You set your own hours, with the flexibility to work as little as 5 hours per week or build a full caseload of 40+ hours per week.
• Minimized Administrative Tasks: Focus primarily on client care with very minimal paperwork requirements. Our platform streamlines reporting and documentation, enabling you to spend more time with clients and less time on forms.
• Unlimited Referrals: You will receive a steady stream of clients who are pre-screened, ensuring that you work with individuals who fit your expertise and are at a manageable acuity level.

As an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises, you will serve a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health concerns including relationship issues, family dynamics, anxiety, and depression. Our platform predominantly connects you with clients who are stable and in need of therapeutic guidance, promoting a positive therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must be fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.
• Clean licensure record with no disciplinary actions.
• Ability to work independently and cultivate a therapeutic environment from home.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary for effective client interactions.

• Previous experience managing a caseload independently and effectively.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is considered a valuable asset.
• Experience working specifically within a teletherapy environment is a plus.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
