Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Advisor, Data Visualization & Marketing Measurement to join our Performance Marketing & Analytics team. This highly visible role will transform complex marketing and business data into compelling stories that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Create Scalable Data Experiences
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Tableau and other visualization platforms.

  • Continuously improve reporting automation, usability, and performance.

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise analyzing digital marketing performance across channels including paid search, display, social, email, web, and customer experience platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with large datasets using SQL, Excel, Python, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms.
  • Expertise designing dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Experience leading initiatives from concept through delivery, including stakeholder alignment, analysis, recommendation development, and implementation.
