Job description

The opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a full-time Social Media Customer Care Agent to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms and act as a representative of the company.
This position is remote but will require some in person visits to our corporate office in Buffalo, NY
Pay
$16.00 - $17.00 / hour

  • Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills including grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
  • Experience using various social media platform
  • Computer literate with strong typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Positive attitude with proven ability to work well in teams
