We are looking for a Proposal Manager to support the development of high-quality submissions for federal opportunities. This long-term contract position will focus on shaping persuasive, accurate, and well-organized proposal content that reflects client needs and business priorities. The person in this role will collaborate across proposal, business development, and product teams to produce compliant responses and strengthen competitive bid strategies.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine proposal narratives for federal bids, ensuring content is clear, compelling, and aligned with solicitation requirements.

• Partner with business development, product, and proposal stakeholders to gather information and turn technical input into strong submission materials.

• Review request documents in detail to identify response requirements, evaluation criteria, and content priorities for each opportunity.

• Organize written contributions from multiple team members into a consistent, well-structured final proposal package.

• Maintain accuracy, tone, and compliance throughout proposal documents while supporting deadline-driven submission schedules.
