Part Time Property Manager position open for person capable of working remotely from home, 28 hours a week.  Must live within a 20-30 mile radius of communities managed within Duncansville area.  Individual would be confident with communication, computer, and basic clerical skills.  Person would conduct park inspections, work with lease agreements & tenants.  Computer, multi-function machine, fuel & phone provided.  Expected to work some daytime hours & be available to attend daytime hearings.  Rate $17/hr.  Independent worker once trained.  Email resume with required cover letter to lmiller@gspmanagement.com
