Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to support clients in achieving personal growth and emotional stability.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are actively engaged in their treatment and progress is tracked regularly.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients with accessibility challenges, utilizing secure platforms to ensure privacy and confidentiality during virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including progress notes and treatment plans in our clinical management system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient setting, delivering therapy to clients with varying mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the nuances of providing virtual care.
• Previous experience in a collaborative team environment, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance client care.
