• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients to accurately identify their mental health needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to each client.
• Administer therapeutic interventions through teletherapy, including counseling and group therapy sessions, ensuring all techniques address the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

The patients you will serve at our clinic come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals through effective strategies and interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license to practice in Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy, is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Exemplary communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities, are critical for success in this role.

• Experience working with co-occurring disorders or in a community mental health setting is advantageous.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
