Proposal Coordinator
Remote

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an AEC company headquartered in the Chicago suburbs with multiple offices across the U.S. This is a remote role that will require some onsite training at one of their offices.
The Proposal Coordinator primarily supports the Operations Team and the Sales and Marketing Team with client-specific and industry-specific proposal submittals, deliverables and marketing collateral. This position reports directly to the Proposal & Graphics Director.
Skills/Experience Required :
• Bachelor's degree in graphics, marketing, communications or related coursework a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of proposal/graphics coordination experience.
A/E/C Industry experience is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Must be able to work exclusively on the Windows Platform.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce or similar.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Organized work approach and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Prior experience working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments.
Primary Responsibilities :
Development and maintenance of extensive qualification materials created in InDesign, including:
• Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Request for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Focused Statement of Qualifications Packages.
• Presentations.
• Various Marketing and Sales Collateral.
• General Company Support Projects.
• Assisting in CRM Database Management (Salesforce).
• Other duties as assigned.
