Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position is TBD. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role:

Perform a variety of routine administrative tasks, respond to customer service inquiries and provide administrative support to the assigned organizational function.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Maintain organizational automation tools, a Technical Library, an electronic document repository, and providing ALMIS reports to CG-AIR-E.
  • Develop and maintain application productivity enhancements that increase CG-AIR-E’s efficiency and effectiveness, including spreadsheets, multimedia presentations, databases, and other productivity tools.
  • Serving as the Technical Information Management and Ordering System (TIMOS), Aviation Technical Information Portal (ATIP), and Aircraft Configuration Control Board (ACCB) POC for USCG Headquarters and provide TIMOS, ATIP, ACCB support for USCG Headquarters.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in USCG procedures to include USCG aeronautical practices as defined in COMDTINST 13020.1 utilizing ALMIS.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with ALMIS reports.
  • Network Administration experience.
  • TIMOS/ATIP management experience desired.

Education Requirements:

  • High School.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
