The Microsoft Copilot Solutions Architect / AI Enablement Lead is responsible for driving enterprise AI adoption through the implementation, optimization, and expansion of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered business solutions. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, design intelligent automation solutions, and ensure secure, scalable deployment of AI capabilities across a large Microsoft 365 environment. The position combines technical expertise, business process transformation, governance, and user adoption to maximize organizational productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio Implementation
  • Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
  • Develop and customize Copilot agents for business-specific use cases
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and employee productivity
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot across business functions and departments
  • Optimize Copilot experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs
