RPA Scrum Master

6- Months Contract

REMOTE

FEEDBACK: I had no luck so far to find a strong hands-on Scrum Master in the RPA space. Do you have additional candidates to interview?

**This manager is VERY picky! She doesn't like folks that have been out of a job for a long time and likes candidates who are well well spoken. Healthcare experience. Please make sure RPA is experience is highlighter in detail!

  • Drive, lead and serve as the driving force behind the RPA teams to ensure successful on time delivery with quality
  • Coordinate between different teams including product owners, business analysts, developers, testers and production support to meet our commitments successfully
  • Oversee the Scrum process, promote Agile methodologies and coach the team to work more effectively within the Scrum framework
  • Keep the teams organized, focused and on track
  • Steer the workflow of the RPA teams, manage any obstacles, and coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, refinement/ grooming sessions, and retrospective meetings
  • Proactively report, escalate and work to resolve any issues, roadblocks and mitigate any risks
  • Ensure team work items boards are always up-to-date with accurate data and proactively work on fixing any gaps
  • Work closely with the product management team to refine the epics, features and user stories to always have a healthy backlog
  • Ensure that project artifacts like the business case, requirements, signoffs, solution design, delivery plans/ project schedules, etc. are current and up to date.
  • Flexible to play different roles, in addition to a Scrum Master role, like a Product Owner as needed
