Key Responsibilities
1. Manages multiple programs/projects to support cross function team efforts to improve the quality performance of companies within Applied's global supply chain.
2. Develops project plans and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across cross functional teams.
3. Supports cross functional teams to achieve performance objectives for programs and initiatives. Interfaces and coordinates with internal customers. Provides status reports to management and stakeholders.
4. Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management software (e.g. as Jira, SmartSheet and MS Project).
5. Identifies and resolves potential complications within programs and develops solutions for resolution.
6. Develops and improves business processes, dashboards, metrics and applications used to manage supply chain quality.
7. Contributes to the organization strategy and Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
8. Provides program management and business process expertise to support team members.
Functional Knowledge

Knowledge and experience in program/project management practices in high tech industry

Management/administration of programs/projects from initiation/establishment, risk management, execution/status reporting until conclusion and closure

Knowledge of quality tools like 8D, FMEA, SIPOC, Poke-Yoke, DMAIC and others

PM certification preferredor willing to pursue PM certification

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
