This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver counseling services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a high standard of patient care. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you will also have the opportunity to interact with colleagues within our outpatient office in Palm Springs, California, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based individual and group counseling treatments tailored to the unique needs of patients.
• Utilize measurement-based care protocols to inform treatment planning, ensuring a data-driven approach to therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including coaches and psychiatrists, to create holistic treatment plans.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of program curricula and training protocols based on feedback and clinical insights.
• Evaluate and provide input regarding the applications of technology in treatment delivery to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain an acute awareness of risk management issues to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.
• Complete all necessary documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and clinical best practices.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training focused on the application of current evidence-based methods and tech-enhanced care delivery.

The LPCC will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and their families. This role is essential in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and related disorders, requiring a strong background in pediatric mental health. The LPCC will implement tailored strategies to engage clients effectively and support their journey toward recovery.

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, full independent counselor license in the state of California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple counseling approaches, with a particular focus on evidence-based therapies.
• Strong clinical background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Hands-on experience and training in various evidence-based treatments, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies and digital assessment tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on developing rapport with diverse populations.
• Commitment to cultural responsiveness and promoting diversity and inclusion within counseling practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a remote therapy setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools will be considered a plus.

The LPCC role offers compensation that ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
