About Andor Health

Andor Health delivers enterprise-grade AI technology purpose-built for health systems. Our platform brings cutting-edge AI capabilities across the entire clinical and operational enterprise - enabling health systems to work smarter, move faster, and deliver better outcomes at scale. We partner deeply with our customers, embedding ourselves as a strategic extension of their teams.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the intersection of complex healthcare IT environments and high-impact technology deployments. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of client projects - tracking deliverables, gathering requirements, managing workbooks, submitting tickets, and communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders. This role is the operational backbone of our client engagements and requires someone who is equal parts organized, technically curious, and collaborative.

What You Will DoProject Tracking & Execution

•       Own end-to-end tracking of active client projects, maintaining up-to-date project plans, timelines, and status reports across multiple concurrent engagements.

•       Create and manage project workbooks that capture scope, milestones, open items, risks, and decisions - serving as the single source of truth for each deployment.

•       Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and risks; escalate to the Account Manager with clear context and proposed resolution paths.

•       Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Implementation, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Support) to keep projects on track and on scope.

•       Manage project calls and meeting schedules – owning agendas, facilitating weekly calls, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through between sessions.

Requirements Gathering

•       Lead structured discovery sessions with client stakeholders to document workflows, technical requirements, and integration needs.

•       Translate clinical and operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements for internal product and engineering teams.

•       Maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle, capturing changes, approvals, and version history.

Ticketing & Issue Management

•       Submit, prioritize, and track product and technical tickets on behalf of client accounts, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication back to stakeholders.

•       Serve as the liaison between client-facing Account Managers and internal technical teams, translating client issues into structured, actionable work items.

•       Monitor ticket queues and proactively follow up on open items to prevent bottlenecks from impacting project timelines.

Reporting & Communication

•       Build and deliver regular project status reports and progress updates for both internal leadership and client stakeholders.

•       Maintain accurate documentation of project activity, decisions, and outcomes in CRM and project management systems.

•       Support the Account Manager in preparing for client business reviews, QBRs, and executive presentations by compiling relevant project data and insights.

Healthcare & Integration Awareness

•       Develop a working understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), EHR system structures, and clinical workflow concepts to communicate credibly with technical and clinical teams.

•       Support integrations with hospital EMR systems by facilitating requirements, tracking configuration tasks, and communicating status to stakeholders.

•       Stay current on Andor Health platform capabilities, taxonomy, and configuration options to support accurate scoping and delivery.

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

•       3+ years of project management or implementation coordination experience, preferably in healthcare technology, health IT, or enterprise SaaS.

•       Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages of the lifecycle with strong attention to detail.

•       Experience creating and maintaining project documentation - workbooks, requirements docs, status reports, and issue logs.

•       Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).

Skills & Competencies

•       Highly organized and process-oriented - you build structure where there isn't any and maintain it under pressure.

•       Clear and concise written and verbal communicator - comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and clinical end users.

•       Natural follow-through - you own your open items and don't let things fall through the cracks.

•       Comfortable in ambiguity - you ask the right questions to get clarity and move forward without waiting for perfect information.

•       Collaborative mindset - you work well across teams and understand your role as an executor and enabler, not just a tracker.

Preferred Qualifications

•       Basic understanding of healthcare data flows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and EMR/EHR system structures.

•       Experience supporting or coordinating technical integrations - VPN, SFTP, API-based connections, or similar.

•       Background in clinical operations, health system administration, or healthcare IT implementation environments.

•       PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

•       Experience working within a customer success or account management team model.
