• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments to understand client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused interventions.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals alongside clients, adapting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Utilize flexible teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients with varying challenges and ensuring continuous care.
• Maintain accurate and secure documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and quality of care.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Possess a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude while supporting clients through challenges.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle a caseload.

• Previous clinical experience working within a private practice or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to enhance service delivery.
• Experience in group therapy settings or workshops, fostering community engagement and support.

Stokes Health System offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
