Position is 100% remote. Smartsheet Product certification is required. Smartsheet Solution certification is highly preferred.

Must have some project management experience. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The PMO Support Analyst will support the creation and population of the tools (smartsheet) and governance process for the successful launch of a PMO across many cross-functional and global teams. This position must be able to perform both content population, as well as to assist in training others to populate the tools and provide input to the creator of the tool as to approach and design.

The PMO Support Analyst must have a sound understanding of Smartsheet, Excel and Powerpoint, very good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and flexibility. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in Project Management High-level command of Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint Experience, taking minutes, preparing PowerPoint presentations, inputting data into smartsheet, analyzing data in excel, etc. Knowledge of PMO, Project/Program/Platform/Portfolio Management processes and roles Previous experience with an Agile approach is a plus.
