Job description

We are seeking Project Delivery Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA.

Job Summary:
Lead and support the Client Delivery Team to achieve client and company goals while ensuring high-quality project execution and service delivery. This fully remote role provides day-to-day leadership, supports occasional early meetings based on time zone and global meeting needs, and may require limited travel or onsite attendance for specific client meetings or audits.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of assigned staff in line with organizational policies and applicable regulations
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members while supporting performance management and professional growth
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a liaison between sponsors, internal departments, external vendors, and project teams
  • Ensure studies are planned and executed in accordance with FDA, ICH, and/or EMEA guidelines and Good Clinical Practice
  • Report team productivity, quality, and performance metrics against contract, client expectations, and project baselines to management
  • Participate in customer meetings, bid defense activities, and employee engagement initiatives that support operational success
  • Support a fully remote working model with flexibility for occasional early meetings, limited travel up to four times per year, and onsite attendance for specific client meetings or audits when needed
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations preferred
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,200.00 - $167,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
