• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children within your caseload.
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor services to each child's unique situation.
• Monitor and document progress, adapting intervention strategies based on real-time data and outcomes.
• Create a warm and trusting environment by establishing rapport with children, their families, and colleagues.
• Educate families on strategies and resources to enhance child development, ensuring they feel supported and involved in the process.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend appropriate interventions within natural learning environments.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and achieve shared developmental goals for children.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain high standards of care.

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. These key early years are crucial for cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and communication skill development. By providing tailored support and resources, you will be integral in helping these young children reach developmental milestones.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in the field is required.
• Candidates must be licensed by the Department of Public Health, with LCSW credentials being mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for occasional travel related to fieldwork.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are critical, alongside effective communication abilities to work within a team setting.

• At least one year of experience in early intervention services, directly working with children and families.
