JOB SUMMARY
MAP International's medicine access programs depend on strong operational systems behind the scenes. The
Project Manager, Compliance and Programs helps build that foundation - supporting the implementation and
day-to-day coordination of MAP's compliance and operational accountability systems across the organization.
This role helps operationalize MAP's distributed compliance model by maintaining recurring review processes,
documentation systems, accountability tracking, and internal monitoring activities across organizational
functions. As the primary coordinator of MAP's compliance review, documentation, tracking, and accountability
processes, the Project Manager ensures these responsibilities are consistently documented, monitored,
reviewed, and reported across MAP's global operations.
Reporting to the Director of Compliance and International Programs, this role serves as a collaborative
operational partner, working closely with Programs, Partnerships, Distribution Center operations, Designated
Representatives, Finance, HR, and other teams to support compliance processes, maintain reporting systems,
coordinate follow-up activities, and strengthen operational consistency throughout MAP's medicine access
programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPLIANCE OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITY COORDINATION
Support implementation and continuous improvement of MAP's compliance and operational accountability
systems across medicine access operations and international programs.
Maintain recurring compliance review processes, accountability trackers, monitoring calendars,
documentation systems, and follow-up procedures across operational, business, and external compliance
functions.
Coordinate collection, organization, and maintenance of compliance documentation, recurring review
records, corrective action items, and operational accountability activities.
Track operational compliance activities, recurring reviews, corrective actions, and organizational follow
through, escalating unresolved concerns, overdue actions, and recurring process gaps to the Director as
appropriate.
Support development and maintenance of written standards, operating procedures, reporting templates,
monitoring tools, and accountability processes.
Assist with organizational readiness efforts related to audits, inspections, certifications, partner reviews, and
external assessments through coordination of documentation, scheduling, and tracking activities.
Support maintenance of organizational dashboards, reporting systems, and operational metrics related to
compliance, accountability, and recurring review activities.
MONITORING, REPORTING, AND ACCOUNTABILITY SUPPORT
Support monitoring and evaluation activities by gathering operational and compliance data, maintaining
records, coordinating reporting inputs, and assisting with recurring review processes.
Consolidate and organize compliance, monitoring, and operational information into recurring internal reports,
dashboards, and leadership summaries.
Monitor corrective action plans, recurring review findings, documentation inconsistencies, and operational
concerns to support organizational accountability and continuous improvement.
Assist with tracking evolving regulatory requirements, operational standards, and compliance obligations
relevant to MAP's medicine access operations and international programs.
Support implementation of scalable operational systems and recurring review processes that strengthen
consistency, transparency, and accountability across organizational functions.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION AND COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
Collaborate across Programs, Partnerships, Distribution Center operations, Designated Representatives,
HR, Finance, and other teams to support consistent execution of compliance-related processes and
operational standards.
Coordinate logistics, documentation, follow-up communication, and recurring accountability activities related
to monitoring efforts, partner reviews, operational assessments, and compliance meetings.
Support compliance education, training coordination, participation tracking, and organizational awareness
efforts that reinforce MAP's culture of compliance, accountability, and operational integrity.
Assist departments in maintaining organized documentation, recurring accountability practices, and
consistent operational follow-through that supports MAP's distributed compliance model.
Serve as a collaborative operational resource that strengthens communication, coordination, transparency,
and accountability across organizational processes.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Director of Compliance and International Programs and works closely across
Programs, Partnerships, Operations, Finance, HR, Distribution Center operations, and executive leadership to
support MAP's compliance and accountability systems. The role supports organization-wide operational
coordination and accountability efforts while maintaining a collaborative, service-oriented approach to
compliance operations and process management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, healthcare
administration, operations management, project management, or related field required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations coordination, compliance support, project management,
nonprofit administration, healthcare operations, or related organizational environments.
Experience supporting recurring operational processes, reporting systems, documentation management,
or accountability tracking functions preferred.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, or operational systems
strongly preferred.
Experience working in nonprofit, healthcare, global health, logistics, or regulated operational environments
preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills
