In this role, you will: 

  • Develop (from scratch) and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for AI-related projects.
  • Collaborate with AI, data, security, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. This will require a high level of technical and cyber/IAM vocabulary and the ability to work with leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Apply IAM expertise to ensure appropriate access controls, identity governance, and security requirements are incorporated into AI solutions.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving timely resolution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Ensure projects adhere to organizational governance, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.

Who You Are: 

  • You have 5+ years of demonstrated technical project management experience.
  • You possess strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, processes, and governance.
  • You have experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving AI, machine learning, data platforms, or cybersecurity.
  • You are comfortable partnering with technical leaders, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
  • You can effectively communicate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts to a variety of audiences, including executives.
  • You are highly organized and skilled at managing competing priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
