We are a growing, entrepreneurial company seeking an exceptional Executive Support & Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes true ownership of their work.

This is not a narrow “desk admin” role. We are looking for a highly capable, organized, tech-savvy person who enjoys wearing many hats, solving problems, improving systems, and helping a small company operate at a high level.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, comfortable with modern technology and AI tools, and excited to contribute in a dynamic business environment where no two days are exactly alike.

This is a fully remote job. However, onboarding would take place at the office location in Watkinsville, GA. Any travel expenses would be covered by the Company. We do ask that you be able to work during Eastern Time Zone hours from 9 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities

· Manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting daily priorities

· Handle professional communication with clients, vendors, and business contacts

· Assist with operational, administrative, and organizational projects

· Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations

· Track deadlines, follow-up items, and ongoing projects

· Assist with social media coordination, posting, and content organization

· Help improve workflows, systems, and company efficiency
