The Role

We are hiring a Civil/Site Project Engineer and Project Manager in our Connecticut office. This role includes civil/site design and permitting for land development and linear design projects, along with leadership opportunities based on your strengths-from mentoring to business development to public engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams across planning, design, permitting, and construction
  • Define scope, estimate fees, and prepare proposals/contracts
  • Manage compliance with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and quality
  • Support mentorship, client engagement, or public presentations as desired
  • Represent BSC at events, interviews, or conferences (based on interest)


What You Bring

Required:

  • PE license in Connecticut
  • Experience with civil/site design and permitting
  • Strong project and team management skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with public presentations
  • Mentoring junior staff
  • Existing client network in New England
