Care of Soul Psychological Wellness is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health professionals to join our team as a full-time Remote Mental Health Counselor. The ideal candidates will hold valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this role, you will provide expert therapeutic services via telehealth, enabling clients to navigate their mental health challenges from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

  • Provide individual and group therapy for adults, adolescents, and families, skillfully navigating diverse emotional and psychological issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.
  • Develop personalized evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and preferences, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or family systems therapy.
  • Engage in routine communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to offer integrated care, ensuring clients have access to additional resources as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, accurately capturing client progress, interventions, and any changes in treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to craft treatment recommendations and interventions based on comprehensive evaluations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a deep sensitivity to client needs and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits
