  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, contracts, creative briefs, and approvals.
  • Track performance and compile reporting that ties back to campaign KPIs and business objectives.
  • Support influencer sourcing and outreach for brand partnerships led by Kensington Grey.
  • Coordinate content submissions, posting schedules, and revisions with creators and clients.
  • Help guide influencer brand development strategies and provide trend-based recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and clients to encourage repeat business and long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering polished, on-brand, and results-driven projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with larger brand initiatives.
  • Oversee Talent Success Specialists working with a defined roster of talent
  • Contribute to marketing calendar planning, product or campaign launches, and content development.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and industry shifts to help guide creative and strategic decisions.
  • Provide support to the broader campaign and management teams as needed, helping streamline operations and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading 2+ direct reports and provide development guidance and mentorship
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadline sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience a plus
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.)
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
