• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on treatment planning, working closely with clients to establish pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards while effectively utilizing evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team.
• Work in synergy with interdisciplinary teams to enhance personal and professional development, while actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes.
• Serve as a vital liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and advocacy.
• Engage in community outreach to build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, aiming to promote programs, as well as identify and secure new funding and partnership opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative environment by establishing open lines of communication that align with contractual standards, enriching the mental health community.
• Participate in professional growth activities such as attending conferences and statewide meetings that align with your expertise.
• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and principles, ensuring a continual focus on the well-being of all clients and stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

The ideal candidate will be working with diverse populations, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and various disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required to ensure a solid foundation in counseling practices and theories.
