We're looking for that person.
Before You Apply
This position requires sustained attention to detail and uninterrupted focus during scheduled work hours.
You'll be managing multiple customer projects, communicating with vendors, tracking orders, reviewing proofs, and responding to client emails throughout the day.
To be successful, you'll need:

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace

What You'll Get
  • $22-$25/hour starting pay
  • Retirement Plan

  • Learn valuable project management and operations skills
  • Room to grow with a company that genuinely enjoys what we do
  • Company SWAG (because working for a promo company has its perks)
What You'll Do
You'll become the central hub that keeps every project moving smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Track customer orders from placement through delivery
  • Follow up with vendors on production timelines
  • Monitor proofs and obtain approvals
  • Problem solving
  • Update our CRM and order tracking systems
  • Create purchase orders in QuickBooks
  • Track shipments with UPS/Fedex and proactively communicate updates
  • Keep customer, vendor, and internal emails organized and up to date
  • Respond to customer and vendor emails during business hours
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Catch small issues before they become big problems
Your goal is simple: Make every project feel effortless for our clients because you've already handled every detail behind the scenes.

  • 3-4 years of administrative, project coordination, customer service, or office experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong proofreading and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Top notch problem solving skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus, but not required
  • Comfort juggling multiple orders with changing priorities
  • Confidence communicating with vendors and clients
  • A genuine desire to help people
Most importantly, you're someone others describe as dependable.
When you say you'll do something, it gets done.
This Job May Not Be Right For You If...
  • You struggle to keep track of multiple deadlines.
  • You get overwhelmed easily
  • You dislike detailed administrative work.
  • You frequently leave emails unanswered.
  • You're looking for a position you can perform while simultaneously caring for others or managing other ongoing responsibilities during working hours.
There's nothing wrong with any of those situations. They simply aren't a match for this role.

Why You'll Love Working Here
We're a small business, which means your work matters.
You'll work directly with the owner, learn how promotional products and print projects come together, and play an important role in helping our clients succeed.
We value:
  • Reliability over excuses

  • Attention to detail over rushing
  • Taking care of our customers
We work hard, help each other, laugh often, and celebrate a job well done.
