We are looking for an experienced Network Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our Network & Clinical Quality team. This role would be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and launch of strategic initiatives across Network Operations, ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and within scope from planning through execution. We are looking for someone who has strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, is comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and can effectively coordinate across providers, facilities, and internal teams to drive initiatives forward, and wants to bring their talents into a "for purpose" space. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.
What You'll Do
  • Network Operations & Strategic Initiatives
    • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and execution of new initiatives and strategic projects related to Network Operations.
    • Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and launch requirements.
    • Support initiatives from initial concept and planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch follow-up.
    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, and proactively escalate issues and recommend solutions.
    • Organize and maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and other materials necessary to support successful project execution.
    • Coordinate project meetings, establish agendas, document action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
    • Support the development and implementation of new processes, workflows, and operational procedures associated with strategic initiatives.
    • Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
    • Support reporting, auditing, and tracking activities to ensure network information and project data are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
    • Coordinate launch readiness activities and ensure all necessary stakeholders, resources, and operational requirements are aligned prior to launch.
    • Assist with post-launch monitoring and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
  • Provider & Facility Coordination
    • Work directly with providers to coordinate scheduling, availability, logistics, and other operational requirements related to new initiatives and network projects.
    • Serve as a primary liaison between providers and facilities to facilitate communication and ensure scheduling and operational needs are addressed.
    • Coordinate with facilities to understand operational requirements, timelines, and dependencies associated with network initiatives.
    • Communicate project expectations, timelines, changes, and next steps clearly to providers and facility stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or operational challenges that may impact project timelines or launches.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with providers and facilities to support successful implementation of initiatives.
    • Correspond with providers to address questions, concerns, and operational needs and ensure appropriate follow-through.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the entire Network Strategy team to coordinate priorities, share project updates, and ensure alignment across initiatives.
    • Partner with Network Strategy and Operations team members to identify dependencies, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical, clinical, and operational teams, as needed to support project execution.
    • Support the team in identifying trends, issues, and opportunities that may impact provider or facility operations.
    • Provide project status updates and communicate risks, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones to appropriate stakeholders.
    • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Provides operational support to the Network Strategy team as needed.

About You
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or related experience required.
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with technical platforms, operational workflows, and/or application funnels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, and working with large datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-up across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with providers, facilities, technical stakeholders, and internal team leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and take ownership of projects from planning through completion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000/yr. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate's relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
