Duties:
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and documentation to facilitate the successful completion of projects within an organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating meetings and developing strategies to see projects through from beginning to end.
  • Duties may include taking minutes at meetings, receiving and filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, creating responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project, and compiling summaries.
  • Other job duties could include keeping track of documents, like purchase orders, budgets, payrolls and contracts.
  • Work closely with project manager to ensure that project objectives are met. Some positions might require knowledge of workflow or strategy software, such as Microsoft Project and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
