Description

The Project Manger – is responsible for planning, leading, and executing

projects that touch Finance, HR, IT, Legal, across Solutions.

This role ensures the successful delivery of projects across the org, including process improvements, systems and tooling, governance frameworks, and cross-functional projects. The Project Manager partners closely with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, Security, and other Business Areas to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions that actually hold up once they're in place.

The role requires strong projects management discipline, executive level communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed environment. As well as operates effectively within a large, matrixed organization, can translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable plans, and maintains rigorous attention to the details that drive successful delivery.

• Lead end to end projects, including planning, scope definition, execution, and closure.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

• Apply GBS PMO standards and governance practices across every projects, and initiatives.

• Develop robust project plans capable of withstanding real-world implementation challenges and shifting business requirements.

• Coordinate effectively across teams and vendors to maintain delivery momentum and meet project timelines.

• Monitor progress against established milestones and proactively adjust course to address emerging risks before they escalate.

• Apply the appropriate project methodology, Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach, to establish the right governance structure and delivery cadence for each project.

• Manage large-scale, complex projects comprising multiple interdependent projects, each with distinct deliverables and timelines.

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and AS Business Areas to document business and regulatory requirements.

• Translate legal requirements into structured projects plans and functional specifications.

• Partner with Legal and IT to support implementation, optimization, and adoption of legal platforms

• Evaluate solution options with IT and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and ensure timely resolution of issues through to completion.

• Lead the training and mentoring of other Project Managers to strengthen project management capability across the team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more disciplines and a resource for the broader team.

• Provide project management oversight for major projects, including preparation of executive-level presentations and written reports.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define documented business and functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into structured project plans and detailed functional specifications.

• Evaluate solution options with IT and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

• Identify risks and dependencies proactively and implement mitigation plans before they impact delivery.

• Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner, with sufficient context to enable resolution.

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful go-live.

• Present options and recommendations, rather than issues alone, when escalating risks to leadership.

• Integrate change management and communications planning throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Execute communication plans that keep leadership and stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Support readiness, adoption, and stabilization activities following solution deployment.

• Conduct impact assessments and post-go-live reviews to confirm successful stabilization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
