Product Owner / Technical Program Manager
 
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data modernization programs. This hybrid leadership role combines product ownership, technical program management, and data platform delivery responsibilities.
 
This role will serve as the bridge between Business, Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, QA, and Operations teams, ensuring successful execution of large-scale data programs from inception through production deployment. TPM will provide technical leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight while maintaining a strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter data models and insurance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritized features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive adoption and business value realization for data products and analytics solutions.

Program Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Premiums related projects.
  • Act as the functional and technical liaison between Policy Admin business teams and engineering teams (Must Have)
  • Drive requirements gathering and solution design workshops (Must Have) .
  • Ensure accurate translation of policy administration data into enterprise reporting and analytics solutions (Must Have).
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across Data Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product, Business, and Vendor teams.
  • Establish governance processes to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage program risks, mitigation plans, issue resolution, and escalation processes.

Agile Program Management
  • Lead Agile Planning Activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program delivery teams.

Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology and data solutions.
  • 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead experience.
  • 3+ years working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
  • Proven experience leading insurance data transformation programs.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.
