• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that include behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and crisis management strategies.

• Participate in collaborative team meetings to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to enhance client support and access to resources.

• Embark on other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

In your role as an LMHC, you will serve a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Many clients may be grappling with mental health conditions, substance use issues, or developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be vital in guiding these individuals toward recovery and enhancing their overall quality of life through compassionate care and personalized support.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current LMHC License issued by the state board.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and generating related reports promptly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing for sound judgment and independent decision-making based on professional knowledge.

• Experience working with children and families in a mental health setting.
