Role: Support Engineer – GenAI Agents & MCP Servers

Job Description:
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support AI agents for enterprise automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot MCP servers and custom tools for LLM-based applications.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and tool interactions to ensure high availability.

 

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Python for tool and agent development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MCP framework, tool schema design, and server creation.
  • Understanding of LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience with API integration, JSON schemas, and backend services.
  • Familiarity with Docker, basic DevOps, and deployment processes.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with customers onsite.
