• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that may include crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.
• Maintain rigorous documentation practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to support clinical decision-making and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive behavioral guidelines and support plans for clients.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
• Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to coordinate and enhance client services.
• Foster open lines of communication within the clinical team to align with contract standards and promote the overarching mission of Mindful Perspective Moments Therapy.
• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for client needs and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, trainings, and statewide meetings to enhance both personal and professional growth.
• Uphold and promote the organization's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the goals of the organization.

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with emotional distress, those recovering from substance use disorders, and people with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your expertise will contribute not only to their recovery process but also to fostering a supportive community environment where clients can thrive.

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.
• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required.

• Experience in providing therapy in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with clients with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries is a plus.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based treatments and intervention strategies will be beneficial.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the important contributions of the role within our organization. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
