• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
• Serve as a critical liaison to state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems, facilitating smooth transitions for clients.
• Develop and sustain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and promote the values of Sierra Vista within the community.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and seek out new partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending conferences, participating in training sessions, and contributing to statewide meetings and committees.

Our center primarily serves adult clients who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. We focus on providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring that clients receive both the support they require and the empowerment to navigate their mental health journeys successfully. You will be integral in fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of record-keeping procedures relevant to client documentation and compliance.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation are necessary for any required community interactions.

• Experience in telehealth delivery and familiarization with the technological tools used in remote therapy settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team-based environment, collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance client care.
• Knowledge of and experience in group facilitation and community resource coordination.
