Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Media) serves as the central hub for executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns while managing the workflow and scheduling of all digital marketing assets. This role bridges creative, content, and execution teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, comply with gaming industry regulations, and achieve maximum ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Campaign Management & Optimization
1. Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic/DSP platforms
2. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI
3. Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to refine creative, messaging, and audience strategies
4. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Marketing Manager to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives
SEO & Web Content Management
1. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements.
2. Write and update website copy for events, promotions, and landing pages.
3. Use CMS templates to keep website information current and optimized.
4. Monitor and report on website metrics, including traffic and bounce rate.
Media Traffic Coordination
1. Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of all media content across multiple platforms
2. Liaise with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of media assets
3. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve conflicts or issues to meet deadlines
4. Maintain accurate records of media schedules, changes, and approvals
Reporting & Analysis
1. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations

3. Provide status updates to senior management on campaign performance and project timelines
Compliance & Vendor Relations

3. Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate solutions with vendors.
Process Improvement
1. Implement best practices to improve media trafficking workflows and campaign processes

Other Duties

Education & Experience
• High school diploma or GED; college degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred. A combination of education and extensive experience may be considered.
• Two (2) years of experience in paid digital media management, media traffic coordination, or a similar role.

• Proficiency with paid media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic DSPs
• Demonstrated experience managing digital campaigns with measurable ROI

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position supports a high-volume 24/7. 365-day casino-resort environment and requires working under the following conditions:
• Exposure to secondhand smoke in designated casino areas.
• Moderate to loud noise levels and flashing lights, consistent with a gaming environment.
• Continuous operation in high-surveillance areas monitored by video for compliance, safety, and security.
• Fast-paced work with frequent interruptions, high guest interaction, and shifting operational priorities.
• Exposure to extreme and varied temperatures

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to the other duties described herein, every team member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:
• Obtain and maintain a valid gaming license with the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Perform duties in full compliance with applicable laws, internal controls, and casino policies.
• Ensure minors are not permitted to gamble, loiter in gaming areas, consume alcohol, or purchase tobacco.
• Maintain working knowledge of regulations, ordinances, and department procedures.
• Consult internal control manuals as needed for guidance.
• Report any suspected illegal activity to Security or management.
