Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be part of the Functions VRO - Sales & Marketing Transformation team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.

Location: Remote but must be local to Chicago, Illinois in case onsite meetings are required
What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage a complex, multi-workstream Sales and Marketing Transformation program from planning through execution and benefits realization.
  • Develop and oversee integrated program plans, schedules, and governance routines to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
  • Engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders across various functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and gaps across the program to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Coordinate and support multiple project managers and teams, promoting best practices and continuous process improvements.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, especially within large, complex, and global environments.
  • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives in sales, marketing, or related functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience working with external consulting partners such as PwC or similar organizations.
