Leads development of the program architecture and top level plans for highly complex programs. Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers. Leads the resolution of program issues. Uncovers and resolves issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. Analyzes program metrics. Recommends program recovery acceleration plans, changes and corrective actions. Leads the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices. Conducts Independent Reviews. Develops and implements customer and program communication and contact plans.
