Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a work environment that meets your personal and professional needs. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with clients via video conferencing, phone sessions, or messaging platforms, ensuring that geographical barriers do not impede access to critical mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and facilitate high-quality clinical care for patients, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
  • Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions, perform comprehensive assessments, and maintain accurate treatment logs to document client progress.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of patients with varying psychological needs, employing advanced clinical techniques to foster patient growth and resilience.
  • Assess patients and their families to identify psychological interventions, collaborating effectively to design and execute tailored resolution plans.
  • Exhibit mastery in addressing crisis situations, providing immediate support and therapeutic solutions to clients and their families.
  • Deliver personalized counseling, including individual, conjoint, and family therapy aimed at meeting the unique requirements of each client.
  • Evaluate the needs of patients and healthcare providers to formulate actionable plans for psychological services within a primary care framework, adjusting strategies as necessary during subsequent evaluations.
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations that inform care plans and support client recovery.
  • Create and document strategic outlines and progress summaries, ensuring compliance with treatment goals and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate educational and supportive programs for patients and their families, enhancing their understanding and coping strategies related to mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will revolve around supporting a diverse clientele ranging from young adults to seniors, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Each interaction will be guided by a compassionate understanding of individual circumstances, fostering an environment of trust and support.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
  • A valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in telehealth settings and knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health therapy would be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in conducting remote assessments are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to:

  • A sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,500.
  • Flexible scheduling options with 5 to 40 hours per week based on your availability.
