• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments for clients entering the detox program to understand their specific needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health and addiction recovery.
• Engage with clients in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering trust and providing essential emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and resources are available for clients and their families.

In this role, you will primarily serve clients within our detox program, including individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. This patient population may present a range of challenges, from acute withdrawal symptoms to long-term recovery needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting clinical evaluations, developing care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use setting.
